A new study, based on families in Sweden, Norway, England, the Netherlands, and Australia, has shown that the sleep trainer Sam from ZAZU provides an average of 45 minutes more sleep per day*. The sheep Sam shows children who cannot tell time when it is time to sleep (by closing its eyes) and wake up (by opening its eyes).
The study showed that on average it only took 3 days for children (between 2-7 years) to understand the concept of sleep trainer from ZAZU. After the 2-week test period, all parents (100%) reported that they got more sleep because 5 out of 7 days a week they were able to sleep until the alarm clock woke them up. Not only younger children are helped by Sam, older children can also learn the clock as it shows both analog and digital time.
Other sleep trainers from ZAZU are the dog Davy, the penguin Pam and the bear Bobby.
