Sometimes life takes a different path than planned. Then we want to make it easier. It should be safe to shop with us at reirei. If complications arise that prevent delivery or life, we want to facilitate as much as possible by offering a guarantee for goods purchased on reirei.se.

What does the warranty cover?
That we make repurchases of the goods you have bought from us. The products must be returned to us in their original packaging and be unused. Strollers can be tested indoors. To fulfill the warranty, the goods must be purchased after week 12 of pregnancy and we must be informed within 45 days after the incident.

How do I use the warranty?
If you need to use the warranty, please contact us. It is also fine for a relative to handle your case. We support with free returns as long as the goods are in their original condition including packaging. We reserve the right to request a medical certificate.
