[message]Terms of purchase
These purchase terms apply when you as a consumer buy products from reirei's webshop https://www.reirei.se/ ("Agreement"). It is important that you read through the entire Agreement, including the Privacy Policy which provides more information about the personal data we process, before you accept them. If you have any questions about the Agreement, you can contact our customer service; contact information can be found under point 1 below.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have your parent's/guardian's approval) to purchase products via our Webshop and enter into the Agreement. To place an order for the purchase of products via our Webshop, you must provide certain personal information about yourself (such as name, email address, address, and mobile phone number).
- About REIREI AB
- REIREI AB, organization number 556853-2773, is based in Linköping ("the Company", "we" "reirei"). The Company's postal address is Norra Oskarsgatan 12, 58273 Linköping.
- If you wish to contact us, send an email to kundservice@reirei.se with your matter and your contact details, and we will get back to you as soon as we can on weekdays from Monday to Friday or call us at 01351030 between 9-15.
- Order
- When you place an order to purchase products and approve the Agreement digitally, you agree to become a customer under the terms of the Agreement.
- When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of ordering. In the confirmation, you will find all the details about products, price, billing and delivery address. A purchase agreement is only concluded when we confirm your order through an order confirmation.
- If there is something wrong with the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at kundservice@reirei.se.
- Delivery
- Our normal delivery times are 1-3 days and depend on the shipping method you have chosen. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the next non-holiday weekday. During Black Friday, Christmas, and other public holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
- If delays in delivery should occur (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), contact us at the email address: kundservice@reirei.se.
- The package stays at the agent for 6-7 days before it is automatically returned to us. If you are unable to pick up your package within this time, you can extend the time the shipment stays with the agent to 13-14 days. You can do this yourself in the Postnord app or via Postnord customer service. Please note that if the package is not picked up within these days and is returned to us, we will charge a fee of 299 SEK for additional handling costs (return shipping, administrative fees, etc.).
- Prices and payment
- All prices in the Swedish store are listed in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information.
- Payment is made through the payment methods offered from time to time via the Webshop. Note that the payment methods offered via the Webshop are provided by an external payment service provider (currently Klarna). You can find Klarna's general terms and conditions here: https://www.klarna.com/se/villkor/.
- Right of withdrawal
- When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the day you (or, if applicable, your representative) have received an item you have ordered.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
- If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a clear and unambiguous message to us about your decision to withdraw from the contract to kundservice@reirei.seTo exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. A return slip is provided by reirei via email upon request for return.
- You should immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice return the products to us.
- If you regret your purchase, we will refund the payments we have received from you, except for the return of part of the order where we do not refund the delivery cost. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back from you or until you have provided proof that you have returned the item, whichever occurs first.
- We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the order, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise. The refund will not cost you anything.
- You are responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, and we reserve the right to deduct an amount for such depreciation from the refund amount.
- You are responsible for return shipping and the condition of the products from the time you receive them. The products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs: Packages under 20 kg 99 SEK, bulky goods over 20 kg, 299 SEK. Other goods are delivered on a pallet, 299 SEK. Unclaimed package 249 SEK.

- The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that for health or hygiene reasons have been sealed and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Products that have the character of sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Custom-made product, tailored specifically for you or has a distinct personal touch according to your wishes.
- Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed that the service begins without the right of withdrawal.
- Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
- Complaints and grievances
- We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged upon arrival, we undertake to rectify the fault free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a consumer have a 3-year right of complaint. Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint and do not apply, for example, to faults caused by normal wear and tear.
- The complaint should be sent within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.
6.1. How do you proceed with a complaint?
- Any errors and defects can, for example, be reported to kundservice@reirei.se where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the error.
- If we are unable to fix the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover return shipping for approved claims.
- We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.
- Limitation of liability
- We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product unless such indirect damages have arisen due to gross negligence on our part.
- We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the Company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or failed delivery from suppliers.
- Product information
- We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website as well as the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as some color differences may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.
- Dispute resolution
- If you have a complaint, please feel free to contact us at kundservice@reirei.se. We offer customer service in the following languages: Swedish and English.
- As a consumer residing in Sweden, you can use the alternative dispute resolution process provided by the National Board for Consumer Disputes, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform which you can find here: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
