Refund policy
Return
Returns must be made no later than 14 days after you have received your delivery. Return an item by following these steps:
- Return the product in its original packaging and seal the package carefully.
- Attach the return shipping label on top of the old shipping label. You can get a return label by contacting customer service.
- Submit the package at a PostNord agent or book a pickup of the package in the PostNord app or via PostNord's website. Save the receipt as proof of return.
- Credit will be paid within 14 days after we have received the return.
Return fee
The following return fees are charged when you exercise your right of withdrawal or right to open purchase:
- Small and medium-sized goods (under 20 kg), 99 SEK
- Bulky goods (over 20 kg), 299 SEK
If you want to return more products, such as clothes and several strollers (i.e., items over 20 kg), the highest return fee will always be charged.
It is your responsibility as a customer to submit your return items to PostNord correctly. Be sure to note the package's tracking ID when you send the package from your agent and ask for a receipt if you do not receive one. The return shipping cost is automatically deducted from the amount you are refunded.

Complaint
When you shop at reirei, you get a 1-year warranty on all products.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have a 3-year right to make a complaint.
Product warranty
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects that were present at the time of delivery.
Original faults must be proven and confirmed by reirei for the warranty to apply.
You can get a free repair, a new product, or a reduction of the original price depending on the situation.
The warranty does not apply if no fault can be found with the product or if you have caused the damage yourself.
To make a complaint or use the warranty
Contact our customer service by phone or email: customer service.
Leave a description of the defect on the product and attach clear pictures of the defect.
We assist you through the process and handle any refunds as soon as possible after the defective product has been inspected.

Reirei covers the cost of return shipping if you use the warranty or right of complaint.
