UPPAbaby's TravelSafe Program guarantees a safe trip for your VISTA during air travel! By simply registering your travel bag online before the trip, UPPAbaby takes care of any damage that may occur during the flight. UPPAbaby's travel bag for the RumbleSeat or Bassinet offers:

  • Durable luggage, 600 denier
  • Caster wheels for easy mobility 
  • Practical inner pocket for bracket and adapters
  • Front pocket for address label
  • Comfortable shoulder straps
  • Fits sibling seat or carrycot 
  • Covered by UPPAbaby's TravelSafe Program.
 

TravelSafe Program

How does it work? 
Register your VISTA and travel bag online before the trip here. You can find the serial number for your bag on a label inside the bag. Once this is done, your VISTA will be covered by UPPAbaby's TravelSafe Program. 
 
If your VISTA is damaged during the trip
Contact UPPAbaby at 844-823-3132 or contact@UPPAbaby.com within 14 days after returning home with the following information: 
  1. Registration information: Name, Address, Serial number of your cart and transport bag 
  2. Image/s that clearly show damage/s 
  3. Tickets with entry and exit dates, e.g., boarding pass, baggage ticket, or booking confirmation 
 
Important 
UPPAbaby Travel Bag must be registered before departure. The program is tied to the warranty period for your VISTA. UPPAbaby does not replace items lost by the airline. If you fail to register the travel bag/stroller, a receipt must be provided to make a claim under the TravelSafe Program. 

Shipping and delivery

  • Both show their ID or verification through BankID in the Postnord app.
  • Delivery time: 1-3 business days.
  • Regions: Covers all of Sweden.
  • Size: max 20 kg or dimension limit 3 meters for maximum length + circumference
  • Pickup: If you are going to pick up your order at an agent, the order will remain with the agent for 6-7 days after you have been notified that your order is available at the agent.
  • Price: 99 SEK on orders under 1000 SEK

Home delivery with Postnord

  • Home delivery with Postnord
  • The recipient receives a notification via SMS or email the day before the first possible delivery time.
  • Delivery time: 2-5 business days. Delivery occurs between 09:00-21:00 in 2-4 hour intervals.
  • Regions: All of Sweden
  • Price: 129 SEK on orders under 1000 SEK
