1. My diaper pail smells, what can I do to prevent it?

• Ensure that the plastic bag is correctly installed and that it has no holes or damage.
• Check that the top of the bucket is securely closed and that you are using a regular plastic bag or the MAGIC bag – some bags may be too thin.
• Ensure that the bucket's opening is always in standby mode, which means the cup is open and not with the rounded side facing up.
• Ensure that the bucket is properly closed.

2. I can't open the top with a full plastic bag of diapers, how do I open it correctly?

• Open the top by using the small button. Turn the button and then remove the top including the bag. Twist the bag a couple of times and then slide it off from the top.

3. How do I clean my diaper pail?

• To clean the top of the diaper pail, you can unscrew the drum holder (as explained in the manual). Then remove the round drum and clean it.
• Do not put the product in the dishwasher. Use lukewarm water with a few tablespoons of baking soda and a few drops of dish soap. Wash the bucket by hand and let it dry thoroughly.
